Is chiropractic safe?
Chiropractic is safe when conducted by trained, licensed professionals - just like we are at Spring Hill!

We thoroughly assess your history and physical condition before beginning treatment, and modify treatment styles if preferred or needed.
How long do treatments last?
Initial assessments can last anywhere from 30-40 minutes to ensure we know your history and current condition.

Subsequent treatments last either 10 or 20 minutes. The number of sessions you'll need depends on multiple factors including your condition.
Does a chiropractic treatment hurt?
Treatments are typically painless, and our chiropractors are receptive to your wishes when it comes to treatment style and pressure.
However, you may feel residual soreness for a day or two, depending on your condition.
Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy and for children?
Yes! As with every patient, our chiropractors will assess you or your child's condition before suggesting treatment.
Chiropractic can be wonderful for alleviating pain during pregnancy. In fact, we provide the Webster Technique for prenatal patients specifically.
